Sister Titikan Bunsom, aged 38, Chiang Rai Manmin Church in Thailand

I accepted the Lord 16 years ago, but I used to be just a churchgoer. I even stopped going to church ten years ago. But in May 2013, I began attending Chiang Rai Manmin Church, ministered to by Pastor Jaewon Lee, and now I am leading a proper Christian life.

Chiang Rai Manmin Church joins the worship service of Manmin Central Church in Seoul via GCN. Dr. Jaerock Lee's messages helped me understand the heart and will of God. He taught us to keep the whole Sabbath, pray unceasingly, and cast off sins and evil such as hard-feelings, hatred, and anger.

I was hot-tempered and often burst out into anger. I threw things at my son and hit him when my son didn't listen to me. But I realized my evil through the messages and changed into a person with kindness. Amazingly, my son also changed into an amiable boy. He was addicted to computer games, but he stopped playing them. He used to sing worldly songs, and read comic books, but stopped that too.

Moreover, my husband was unable to hear but he was blessed to hear sounds by Dr. Jaerock Lee's prayer. In particular, when he heard Manmin Praise, he could hear the songs faintly. How happy and joyful I felt!

Around 6 o'clock on May 5, 2014 the earthquake measuring a magnitude of 6.3 struck near Chiang Rai. I live on the fourth floor of a five-story multiplex housing and one of my church members lived on the fifth floor. The strong earthquake caused other places to crack or the roofs collapsed. But even in such a dangerous situation my house and the member's house had no loss at all. Hallelujah!

I give all thanks and glory to God who protected me in the severe earthquake and blessed me to live a life as God's child.
