What if you were told that you would die in a few months? How would you spend the rest of your time? What if your child had an incurable disease? Regarding the answers to the questions, Mark 9:23 says, "'If You can?' All things are possible to him who believes."

Now we will hear from those who received the answers by believing and relying completely on God who created all things with His word and can bring the dead back to life.


"I Heard that I Would Die in Six Months from Colorectal Cancer, but Now I Am Healthy"

In August 2014, I had a surgery because I had colorectal cancer in the fourth stage and it had spread to my liver. However, just a week later it had spread further into my lungs, lymph glands, and breast. I was told that I would live only for around six months.

I had difficulty in breathing, so I could not walk up and down the stairs. It was even hard for me to raise my arms. I had severe pain that was like prelude to death so I could not walk. I crawled and shouted in pain day and night.

Meantime, a thought flashed through my mind; 'I have been an atheist. What about going to church before I die?" The next day, I called one of my acquaintances, Deaconess Minsuk Chang, and asked her to take me to her church. In September 2014, I became a member of Manmin Central Church where I experienced an amazing work of the Holy Spirit.

In October, Pastor Miyoung Lee, my Great Grand Parish Pastor, came to the Suwon Local Sanctuary. While she was delivering the message, my abdomen felt hot and I sweated. I was surprised. It happened because I received the Holy Spirit. That night I was able to sleep soundly for the first time in a long time. I kept the Lord's Day and attended Daniel Prayer Meeting every night although it takes long to go all the way from Suwon City to the church in Guro-dong, Seoul.

I received Dr. Jaerock Lee's prayer for the sick after the sermon every service. My pains were gone without my immediately realizing it. Six months had already passed, but I was becoming more and more healthy. I even regained my appetite and slept well. I gained weight and now weigh 57kg though I had been 46kg before coming to church.

Moreover, I was healed of the symptom of stiff muscles in my left back and difficulty moving my left side during Divine Healing Meeting of Manmin Summer Retreat held on August 3 in 2015. When Dr. Lee prayed for the sick on the stage, innumerable people went up to the stage and testified to their healing. Because I was so surprised at their testimonies, I stood up suddenly but I had no pain! I ran to the stage and glorified God testifying to my healing. Hallelujah!

In 2016, now my face which used to look sick and dark became bright and I came to walk and run without pain. I feel like I gained the whole world. I give all thanks and glory to my good God.


"By the Power of Re-creation, the Gender of My 9 Month Old Fetus Changed"

I received much grace in the United States through Dr. Jaerock Lee's sermons broadcast on GCN, and in May 2014, I visited Manmin Central Church. In October, I registered in Manmin as a member. In 2016, I personally experienced the power of re-creation.

My brother is Jude Chinyere. His wife conceived a baby. They already had two daughters so they wanted a son. But the fetus was a girl. I had seen and heard countless powerful works and the testimonies that the gender of fetuses in mothers' wombs changed through the prayer of Dr. Lee. So, on August 31, 2015, I sent a prayer request by email to the church through Dr. Anneliese Iwu, first aid specialist.

On February 10 in 2016, I had a mysterious dream. Dr. Lee appeared in the dream and changed the fetus' gender to a boy. He seemed to have a key in hand and turned the key. On that very day, I heard amazing news that my brother's wife delivered a healthy son although just a month ago the ultrasonography had shown that it was a daughter! Hallelujah!

My brother's family, that experienced this amazing work of God, all registered in Manmin Central Church. I give all thanks and glory to God who performed a miracle for them. I also give thanks and love to Senior Pastor who prayed for them..

"I Was Healed of Rhinitis and Pollinosis"

For the last 2 years I had suffered from rhinitis and pollinosis. I used thirty to forty tissues to wipe my nose daily, and my eyes were so itchy that I rubbed them often such that my eyes were bloodshot. Due to runny nose, I could not lie on my back so I couldn't sleep well. I had to use a mask outside so it was difficult to breathe. Every day of my life was a series of pains.

In order to know what caused these symptoms, I went to hospital and had it checked. It was chronic sinusitis. My doctor told me to take medicine. He said if it did not work in three months, I would have to undergo an operation.

At the right time, I heard that Rev. Heesun Lee, Manmin World Guidance Pastor, would come to Tabata Manmin Church to lead its 16th Anniversary Service and Handkerchief Healing Meeting (Acts 19:11-12). I prepared myself for healing with breakfast fasting and prayer. In March 2016, when she prayed for me with the handkerchief that Dr. Jaerock Lee had prayed on, all the symptoms were completely gone. Hallelujah!


"My Son Was Autistic but Now He Is a Bright and Smart Child!"

In 2006, my lovely son was born. When he was three years old, we put him in a Day Care Center. One day, a nursing teacher told me that he showed uncommon behaviors. She advised me to consult with a pediatric psychiatrist on his state.

We went to see a psychiatrist and had him checked through various tests. My son showed delayed language development, separation anxiety, parental confusion, lack of affection, and hyperactivity disorder. He had difficulty in social interaction. I was too shocked to accept the reality.

He took treatment courses for more than two years, but he showed no improvement. In the end, he was diagnosed with autism and class 1 mental retardation.

One day, I witnessed my son repeatedly knocking his head against the floor. It was not until then that I could face the reality that my child was autistic.

I had attended church by the guidance of my wife. I had been healed of atopic dermatitis and once led a Christian life full of the joy of salvation. However, after I started my business, I changed and often skipped Sunday Services saying I was busy conducting business.

Now I could do nothing else but turn to God for help. I heard from the message that autism is caused by parents' sins and only when the parents become sanctified the child can be healed. I started to repent that I had forsaken the grace of God and lived as I wanted.

I closed my business for my child and moved to a house near the church. I attended every kind of services and Daniel Prayer Meeting every night. My wife often wrote a message of belief and thanks on thanks offering envelops with belief that our son would be healed.

When we repented and relied only on God, our son Minsung started to change. He had not been able to make eye contact with others but he came to interact with teachers and friends without difficulty. He happily joined the activities in Manmin Kindergarten.

His positive change seemed to go hand in hand with my spiritual growth. My faith used to be lukewarm without longing, but I was given a God-given duty and came to work faithfully with a thankful heart for the Lord's grace. I gave God the offering of joy and thanks.

As I did so, my child showed rapid improvement. He came to think and behave in the way he hadn't been able to think and behave. I could feel his heart and thoughts expand. He improved so quickly that before he entered elementary school he underwent examinations for autism again. The results showed that he was normal in all parts except for verbal expression ability. His mathematical ability and space perception ability were better than normal children, which surprised the doctors.

He could enter a regular elementary school, and now he is a fourth grader. He gets along well with his friends and shows active performance in all activities. He is a member of Praise Team of Children's Sunday School. He is growing up as a child who loves to praise the Lord. I give all thanks and glory to the living God who has been working for us.






"While Facing the Dangers of Repeated Miscarriages and Down Syndrome, I Delivered My Healthy Child, Hankyul"

I got married in 1998, and for five years I had no child due to repeated miscarriages. In April 2003, I received Dr. Jaerock Lee's prayer for it. Two months later, I felt an abnormal symptom so went to an ob/gyn. I heard the good news that I was eight weeks pregnant!

I was afraid of another miscarriage, but God protected the baby. When it was in the thirteenth week, however, I was told that chances were high that my baby had Down Syndrome because of chromosomal abnormality. The doctor advised me to give the baby up and try to have another baby. But I couldn't do it.

I did not know what to do, but many testimonies of my church members who had experienced the power of God through Senior Pastor's prayer came to my mind like a film. At the moment I was assured that my baby would be born normal if I received his prayer.

A few days later I had a dream and in the dream Senior Pastor showed up. I said to him, "I got pregnant! Please pray for me." Then he laid his both hands on my abdomen and prayed for me. When I woke up from the dream, I was convinced that I had already received the answer.

Afterwards, my wrongdoings that disappointed God popped in my mind while I was praying, so I repented thoroughly. I felt so good and refreshed. In late July, I had another ultrasonography. My doctor tilted his head and said, "The fetus in your womb is normal!" On January 20, 2004, I delivered a healthy son who weighs 3.6kg, and named him Hankyul which means "unchanging" because I want him to love God unchangingly during his life.

He grew up well and now he is thirteen years old. While I was watching him grow up, I felt so thankful to God. With my grateful heart, I volunteer as a member of Stage Art Team which makes ornaments and props for the church's big events such as Christmas. My husband Deacon Sungoh Kim also works as a small group leader and has received recognition as a good worker in his workplace.

I give all thanks and glory to God who gave us Hankyul. He is God's gift and blessing for us to have a peaceful family.
