Deaconess Saebom Park (Gimhae Manmin Church, South Korea)

"Aaahh! Oh, no! Minsik!"
The accident happened around at 7 P.M. on September 30, 2013. My 9-year-old son named Minsik was running fast on the crosswalk right after the pedestrian light turned green when he was hit by a fast moving taxi.

It happened right in front of me and I didn't know what to do. His body went up in the air to the height of the pedestrian signal post and fell back to the earth. Though his X-rays revealed no problem the doctor suggested that we should keep an eye on him for a while because it was an accident involving a car. At home Minsik had a bruise just below his right knee and it was swollen.

The swelling didn't subside even after quite a while, so we went to hospital again on October 14. The doctor said it was caused by many small veins bursting and it would be ok if he removed blood. My son was given X-ray screening over his femoral area. Unexpectedly, it revealed myositis ossificans.

By myositis ossificans, calcifications occur at the site of injured muscle. It formed osseous tissue resembling bone when the affected areas become calcified. It is a very rare disease. I later learned that the size of the bone-like ossification was 9cm.

Minsik had been healed of atopic dermatitis, impetigo, hand-foot-and-mouth eczema, and lengthened ligament through Senior Pastor Dr. Jaerock Lee. So we committed this too to God with faith and he didn't have surgery.

Minsik and I attended Manmin Prayer Center's Divine Healing Meeting for a month. God poured great grace upon us from the first attending. The fire of the Holy Spirit came down upon me and my whole body turned hot. God gave me grace to repent thoroughly.

I repented that my first love had cooled down, I hadn't done well as a cell leader, and I had hurt church members' feelings. Minsik also repented with tears that he hadn't listened to me. Above all, I was so sorry before God and Minsik because this happened due to my improper Christian life.

I found many things in my heart while listening to the sermons in Manmin Prayer Center. I also shed tears for the love of Mrs. Boknim Lee, President of Manmin Prayer Center who prayed and considered us so that we could be healed.

On January 29 in 2014, I went to greet Dr. Lee during Lunar New Year's Day. When shaking hands with him, I harbored my heart's desire, 'I want Minsik to be healed of myositis ossificans completely.' At the moment, I became assured of his healing.

With a fluttering heart, we went to hospital on February 25 in 2014. We could witness myositis ossificans was cured! The 9cm-big osseous tissue was gone through the power of God! Hallelujah! I give all thanks and glory to God who healed my son of myositis ossificans and filled me with the Holy Spirit.
