Pastor Hyunkwon Joo, age 61, 3rd Grand Parish Pastor in Korea


Since accepting the Lord, I have had no need to see a doctor and take any medicine for the last 35 years. But the one thing was that my eyesight began failing in late 1996. In 2000, I ended up wearing glasses with eye vision, 0.5/0.3.

As Manmin Summer Retreat 2014 was drawing near, my mother Senior Deaconess Jeongsoon Lee prepared offerings for the healing of her eye which has no vision and received Dr. Jaerock Lee's prayer. She said she had harbored my bad eyesight during his prayer.

I had a dream at the previous night of the Retreat on August 3. I saw the root of a boil that had come out from its place in the dream. I was reminded of Dr. Lee having said, "The works of power will explode more greatly than any other year in the Retreat 2014". So I joined it with great expectation for blessing in spirit and body.

On the first night of the Retreat, it rained softly during the Seminar. My glasses fogged up due to rain drops so I took them off and listened to the message carefully. All of a sudden, things began looking clear which had looked blurred. "Oh! My vision has got improved!" I took a card from my wallet and tried reading it. I could read even small letters!

In the ensuing Divine Healing Meeting, I received Dr. Lee's prayer with my hands on my eyes. Then my eye vision became even better so I ran in the relay race without glasses in Sports Day. I even drove home safely without glasses though it was night and rainy. Hallelujah!
