In October, 2014, my brother-in-law called me and said that my mother-in-law was in critical condition. Thinking about how she had been abused by her husband and ignored by other family members, she had attempted suicide by drinking poisonous pesticides. It was not until two hours had already passed that she was found by my brother-in-laws' wives. They hurriedly rushed her to a small hospital nearby and got her stomach pumped. But she was in a dangerous state with no consciousness so they were about to move her to a bigger hospital in Kathmandu.
After the call, I talked to Pastor Grace Lee of Manmin Mission Center in Nepal concerning it. She and I received Senior Pastor Dr. Jaerock Lee's prayer for the sick recorded on the automated response system seven times. As my family members were moving in an ambulance to a big hospital, I persuaded them to go to the Mission Center. There we received Dr. Lee's recorded prayer for her another seven times.
Right then my mother-in-law became conscious and recognized us. Afterwards, we moved her to the hospital. At first, the doctor demanded that she stay in the Intensive Care Unit for 15 days. But I believed that God had surely healed her because we had received Dr. Lee's prayer.
All kinds of tests she had regarding heart, blood pressure, urine, and so on revealed that no toxic substance was found at all. Her test results had provided proof of it! The doctor said with a surprise, "She drank deadly poisonous pesticides! How could she be this normal?" My mother-in-law came to believe that it was the work of God. Though she had a little bit of a mobility problem, stomachache, and headache, she immediately left the hospital. I took her to my place.
The next day was Sunday, and we went to the church together. Pastor Grace Lee prayed for her several times with the handkerchief on which Senior Pastor Dr. Lee had prayed (Acts 19:11-12). She also drank Muan Sweet Water. Her health improved quickly and she soon became completely healthy. Hallelujah!
In fact, my parents-in-law didn't like me and my husband to go to church. My father-in-law used to be a monk and practice religious asceticism. Meanwhile, he drank alcohol every day and fought with other family members. I felt pity for them so I prayed for them and talked about the holiness gospel to them. Now through this incident, they accepted the Lord. I am so grateful to God. I give all thanks and glory to God!
