Brother Phil Vovo, age 25, Ile-de-France Manmin Church

For 15 years, since I was eight years old, I suffered from atopic dermatitis. Doctors said that there was no chance of complete healing. The only thing they did to me was to inject cortisone (a hormone) to lessen my pain. When serious, I could not eat, walk, sleep, and concentrate on studies. I fought against the disease for a long time but I tried not to show my pain to others. They did not know it. I just studied hard by the help of my family and with the faith that God is with me.

Thankfully, I was admitted to Grandes Ecoles University that only a few of the elite people are able to enter. I was even blessed to receive a scholarship, work for a big company as an intern, and study better. In the meantime, my mother began to listen to Dr. Jaerock Lee's sermons in 2012 because she heard about his sermons through a co-worker. She received so much grace and suggested that I too listen to his sermons. I started to offer up Manmin Central Church's worship services on the Internet.

In May 2014, I heard that Rev. Heesun Lee, Manmin World Guidance Pastor would come to Belgium and went to the meeting. With longing for healing, I received the prayer of the handkerchief that Senior Pastor had prayed on (Acts 19:11-12). I stopped taking medicine. A week later God's work began to occur. The thick scabs on my skin fell off and new skin was formed. It was dream-like because any medicine had not worked on me. What people and medicine could not do, God did; it was an amazing work that only God can do.

In June 2014, I visited Manmin Central Church with my parents and expressed our thanks to Senior Pastor. Then I received his prayer in person. And I dipped myself in the Muan Sweet Water on my visit to Muan, after which my skin felt better and softer. As time went by, my skin became softer and the traces of scars disappeared. Hallelujah!

In July 2016, I paid a visit to Manmin Central Church with my mother during my vacation (Photo). I attended every worship service and Daniel Prayer Meeting. I became spiritually full of the Holy Spirit and came to have more hope for New Jerusalem.

I give all thanks and glory to God who has allowed for me to live this valuable life.
