Brother Yashinton Kang Kawang, age 21, Bangkok Manmin Deaf Church, Thailand

As I was born deaf, I had many difficulties in my life. I could not hear at all with my right ear and could hear a little bit with my left ear. Meantime, I was guided to Bangkok Manmin Deaf Church in Thailand in May 2017. In August of that year, I attended Manmin Summer Retreat for the first time.

I was then so surprised since I came to hear well through my left ear after I received Senior Pastor Dr. Jaerock Lee's prayer. This experience improved my faith and I participated in the retreat 2018 with longing for complete healing. My brother (right in the photo) and I prepared for the retreat with prayer.

On August 6, 2018, Rev. Soojin Lee prayed for the sick with the handkerchief of power. I received the prayer and also received Manmin Prayer Center President Boknim Lee's prayer in person. I felt something ringing in my left ear. Afterwards, I was able to identify sounds a lot better!

What's to be even more thankful for is my brother's right ear also opened. He had heard only through his left ear. With the ear, he understood only part of words that other people said. But when he received the prayer, he felt his whole body becoming hot and his right ear opened! He now can hear and understand whole sentences spoken by others. Hallelujah!
